The only private French secondary school in the Saguenay, the Séminaire de Chicoutimi is a proud pageant of 140 years of academic excellence, colorful traditions and exciting programs. Our International Student Program invites students from around the world to experience our many exciting programs and activities. The Séminaire de Chicoutimi is proud to offer you a wide variety of regular and extra-curricular activities throughout the school year. In addition, our students can choose from 9 concentration profiles in a variety of sports and performing arts. Our partnership with Canadian Homestay Inc. guarantees your child a safe and stimulating home environment in French throughout his or her stay in our beautiful region.

Thanks to an exciting agreement between the Séminaire de Chicoutimi and the Cégep de Chicoutimi, our International Student Program candidates have the chance to pursue their post-secondary studies at the best junior college in the region. The Cégep de Chicoutimi is only a 5 minute drive from our school and offers 23 technical programs to more than 3000 students.
